Carl and Sarita both desire to raise up the next generations of Worship Leaders to impart to them their over 30 years of worship experience. (since 1991) Serving in Northern KY, Carl and Sarita have led worship in four different states (Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana and Ohio), in church staff ministry. Carl and Sarita have a publishing and distribution agreement with Watershed Music, and currently serve as Worship Arts Pastors at Lighthouse Church in Owenton, KY.
